- A minimum stay of two nights is required. (Except last minute reservations within ten days)
- A 7 percent room tax will be added to above prices.
- A cleaning fee of $50 is added for each stay.
- $200 refundable security deposit required.
- Personal Checks and Credit Cards Accepted.
- In order to provide the best experience to all our guests, we cannot accommodate pets. If we find evidence of animals, we will charge you for a $250 pet cleaning fee.
- SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED. If we find evidence of smoking, we will charge you a $250 deep cleaning fee.
- Check in time is 4 PM and check out is 12 noon to allow for cleaning between guests.
- Cancellations with more than 30 days notice will be fully refunded minus a $25 fee.
- Cancellations with less than 30 days notice will not be refunded.

Your deposit will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of your checkout date unless there is damage to the cabin.
